Anyone looking for a job can use Hiar. Hiar is an alternative to the traditional application and is designed to help you stand out in the pile of applications.

Who can use Hiar?

You start by creating your free profile on Hiar. This profile contains two parts: your CV and a video introduction of yourself. You can then share the profile on social media or send it to companies as part of an unsolicited application. If you want to make a motivated application, you need to buy Hiar+.

How does it work?

You don't need to use a video of yourself to use Hiar. The idea is that you record the videos in Hiar - both your video introduction on your profile and your video answers in your application. It's easy and doesn't require any extra equipment. You can record videos directly in Hiar from your computer or phone.

I don't have a video of myself. What do I do?

It's up to you! You can decide for yourself who should be able to access your profile and who you want to share your applications with.

Who can see my profile and my applications?

With Hiar+ you can make motivated applications for any job you find online. It works by copying the Link href a public job posting and pasting it into Hiar. Our AI assistant will prepare your application for you and you just have to record your video answers and you're done. Together with the CV from your profile, you can now send your motivated application to the company. It only takes a few minutes.

What is a motivated application made with Hiar+?

Creating a profile on Hiar is free. If you want to make motivated applications, you need to buy Hiar+. Hiar+ costs $9 per month and is without binding. That means that when you no longer need Hiar+, you can cancel your subscription and you will not be charged for more money. Hiar collects certain information about you and your use of the
			service. We strive to collect as little as possible. On this

			When you sign up for Hiar, you do so with your email address or
			a social media, which is used to identify you and log in to the
			system. We store the only your email address and no password or
			other sensitive information and the email will also be used as a
			default contact method for candidates on profiles and
			applications but can be changed or removed at any time.
			 
			 
			Payment & Subscription
			 
			Hiar does not store your payment card information. In case you
			sign up for Hiar+, we securely transmit your information to
			Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe, however, retains the
			information for later use in connection with subscriptions and

			We may collect non-identifiable information, such as IP address
			and device type. We may also gather additional anonymous

			Data Sharing
			 
			If you use Hiar as an applicant, you will create a profile and
			possibly one or more job applications with sensitive personal
			data. Hiar has access to this data, and as a general rule, none
			of this data is shared with third parties. {"It's"} up to you
			whether you want your profile and thus your data to be visible,
			private, or completely hidden.
			 
			 
			Your profile is hidden and not searchable by default. You can make
			it visible to everyone or only to companies you apply to at any time in your settings.
			 

			You can apply to companies in two ways: through the share link or directly through the platform. 

			If you apply directly through the platform, the company will have access to your profile and application data. The company has agreed to our terms and conditions and privacy policy and is not allowed to share your data with anyone else. The company can only use your data for the purpose of the job application and must not store your data after the application process is completed.
			 
			The share link is for companies you apply to and is not searchable or visible to anyone else.
			We are not responsible for the data you share with companies you apply to through the share link. 

			Hiar does not share your personal information with anyone or anything
			unless we have your explicit approval. We reserve the right in
			the future to share selected data with companies and
			professional users on Hiar, enabling candidate searches.
			 
			 
			Data Deletion
			 
			You can request to have your account and all your data deleted
			at any time. Some data may be retained for accounting and
			similar archival purposes, but it will be anonymized if so. If
			you want to access, correct, or delete your data, you have the
			right to do so at any time. Send an email, and we will look into

				you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
